FIRM CLOSED MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2009 OUT OF RESPECT TO LOSS OF ONE OF OUR FOUNDERS, EDWARD CHARLES PURCELL

It is with great sadness and regret that we announce the passing of one of our founders, Edward C. Purcell.  After a long struggle with pneumonia, Mr. Purcell succumbed to his illness on Wednesday, February 11, 2009.  Mr. Purcell is survived by his loving wife, Eloise, nee Denton; loving children Kevin (Patty) Purcell, Brad (Jane) Purcell, Nancy (Dave) Lincoln and Marcella Purcell. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2009 from 3-8p.m. at Smith Corcoran Funeral Home.  The funeral home is located at 6150 North Cicero Avenue, Chicago, phone 773-736-3833. 

The funeral mass will be held on Monday February 16, 2009 at 10:00a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.  The church is located at 680 West Belmont Avenue, Chicago, phone 773-525-0453.
