A letter from Bradford Purcell concerning our operations during the Coronavirus outbreak

Well, these are strange times indeed. Everyone is impacted by the Coronavirus as we all try to cope and do our part to curb its spread. Our firm is no exception. We will be taking a number of steps to accommodate our employees to ensure their health and well-being, but Purcell & Wardrope will remain fully operational during this extraordinary time, no matter how long it takes to return to some semblance of normalcy.

Over the past year, our firm heavily invested in new computer technology and upgrades to enhance security measures and to make remote workplace activities seamless. While the cost was significant, we will realize an immediate benefit given what has evolved. That said, know this:

  1. There will always be a managing partner available. All voice messages received by individual attorneys get electronically routed to them immediately. Your call or email will be returned same day.
  2. We are a paperless firm. All of our attorneys have full remote, secure access to their electronic files and emails 24/7. There is literally no report we cannot prepare or document that we cannot review or file.

My prayer is that all of our clients remain healthy and safe as we collectively navigate through the unknown. Know that we will do whatever is necessary to protect your business interests and to continue providing the quality legal services that you have come to expect.

Bradford S. Purcell
