Federal Court Grants Summary Judgment for Police Officers

Emily Schnidt obtained summary judgment in the Northern District of Illinois in favor of defendant police officers. The plaintiff alleged a conspiracy by the defendants, but on P&W's motion, the court held that there was no evidence the officers had attempted to cover up their allegedly unlawful arrest and use of force.
