Emily Schnidt obtained summary judgment in the Northern District of Illinois in favor of defendant police officers. The plaintiff alleged a conspiracy by the defendants, but on P&W's motion, the court held that there was no evidence the officers had attempted to cover up their allegedly unlawful arrest and use of force. Wayne v. Village of Stone Park, 2015 WL 5950900 (N.D.Ill.).
