Jury finds plaintiff 45% at fault in P&W trial

A Cook County jury found the plaintiff to be 45% at fault following a three-day trial in a premises liability case. The plaintiff was allegedly injured when she slipped on water in a restroom at our client's tavern. She brought a negligence lawsuit against the tavern. Jason Friedl took the case to verdict and nearly cut the plaintiff's award by half.
